Information and purpose

The platform processes account details, course context, queries, feedback and optional voice transcripts to provide competency-based education services.

Curriculum evidence

Queries are grounded in approved curriculum records. Interaction and citation records may be retained for audit, quality evaluation and safety.

Voice and retention

Raw audio is deleted after transcription unless the user explicitly consents to retention. Transcripts can be reviewed before submission.

Access and control

Access is role-based. Users may update their profile and accessibility preferences and request correction of personal information through their institution administrator.

Security

The platform uses authenticated access, audit logging and controlled document workflows. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.
